I just realized something. I have a hard time concentrating. I was in class and I had to leave after about 30 minutes because I couldn’t bear to be still for one more second xD idk why i typed so properly up there. today is day #2 for no smoking. it does suck i must say! i think its working because im not going as completely nuts as i have in the past when i tried quitting.
